Job Summary
A mental health and wellbeing company has a current position open for a Remote Mental Health Clinical Scheduling Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Guiding members through treatment completion
- Assisting in scheduling patients
- Completing paper work as necessary
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- At least 6 months in the workforce, preferably in a customer-facing position
- Experience with working from home and comfort with a startup environment
- Demonstrated competency with customer/client communication through phone, messaging, email correspondence
- Tech savviness and familiarity with G-Suite, Zendesk, or similar ticketing system
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills demonstrated through relationship development with clinicians and other support personnel
