Job Summary
An employee mental health solution company is in need of a Remote Mental Health Industry Strategy Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Evangelize partnerships - including joint value proposition with sales teams to ensure awareness and collaboration
- Work with our Executive team to develop our Payer partner strategy, goals and agenda
- Manage potential channel conflict with other sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Have top-tier consulting experience
- 10+ years of experience in growth-driving roles, including managing channels/partnerships
- Are a top performer, yet a collaborative and cross-functional player
- Have direct experience working in Healthcare, preferably Health Tech
- Are obsess about achieving your goals and are relentless in pursuing them
