JOB SUMMARY

This is an Independent Contractor (1099) position and you will be working from your home. However, it is a position that requires you to be there like any other job. You will need to be "available" M-F, 9-5 pm, no evening or weekends.

NOTE:
This position is not a good fit for a stay at home moms or indoor dogs as it requires a quiet environment at all times. (We have nothing against, in fact, we support stay at home moms. The position just isn't a good match)

We are seeking to add team members to My Solution Services, Inc., a fast-growing Online Business Management specializing in serving mental health professionals in the USA and Canada. We service our clients by handling their phones and scheduling for their potential therapy clients. (No cold calling involved.)

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

US-based - Currently looking for East Coat available - M - F, 9:00 - 5: 00 pm

YOU NEED TO...

- be able to have a minimum of a 1-year commitment, however, we want long-term people
- be able to follow instructions
- be EXTREMELY DETAILED ORIENTED
- have organization skills
- have strong customer service or phone experience of 1 year
- have patience
- be computer literate (between intermediate and advanced skills)
- have a reliable computer, internet with ample speed and current smartphone
- have accurate keyboarding skills and attention to detail
- have a strong follow-through ethic
- have strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- be able to work as a 1099 Sub-contractor

Pay is based on the number of client hours you service. This is a paid position, however, the hours are not guaranteed. You will grow as this is a FAST growing business and your ability to earn will grow as we grow.

CONTRACTED WORK

- Answering and returning calls
- Managing new email inquiries
- Scheduling new and existing client appointments
- Occasional administration tasks
