Job Summary

A mental healthcare company is in need of a Remote Mental Health Lead Sales Trainer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Deliver and iterate on a clear, comprehensive continued education plan
  • Develop and deliver an ongoing training plan
  • Build and maintain sales playbooks 0-to-1

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a high-performance, startup-stage sales organization in sales or similar
  • Dynamic, engaging, and agile presentation and 1:1 coaching skills
  • A history of building cross-functional partnership and alignment
