Job Summary

A food system company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Merchandising Product Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Creating and delivering a results-oriented Merchandising Technology strategy
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with your stakeholders
• Partnering with your Engineering Manager to lead and empower a team of engineers that deliver value quickly

Qualifications for this position include:

• Proven track record of delivering winning features from inception through launch and impacting the metrics
• Ability to influence and inspire your team by storytelling the problems to tackle and presenting a vision
• Establishing baselines, setting SMART goals, and measuring success is second nature to you
• Technical proficiency across the whole stack
• Ability to speak fluently with different departmental cultures, such as Merchandising, Operations and Finance
• Previous experience working on merchandising technology, internal tools, or other business systems
