Job Summary
A legal services company is in need of a Remote Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney in Atlanta.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work in an in-house legal department
- Conduct mergers and acquisitions and related corporate work
- Handle substantive work and interface directly with business clients
Qualifications for this position include:
- Direct, hands-on experience with all aspects of an M&A transaction
- Experience negotiating venture capital investments and the sale of venture-backed companies
- Substantive experience with a variety of corporate matters, including fund formation
- 3 years working in an in-house or outside general counsel capacity
- Must be licensed to practice law in good standing in at least one state
- Experience assisting with corporate governance matters
