Job Summary
A software company specializing in solutions for the retail industry is in need of a Remote Mergers and Acquisitions Retail Accounting Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist with the financial and accounting due diligence for all M&A activity
- Oversee purchase price allocations reporting
- Assist with external corporate reporting
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A professional accounting designation (CA, CMA, CGA, CPA)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with highly motivated and driven professionals
- At least 7 years of mergers and acquisitions experience, specifically in financial and accounting due diligence
- A firm understanding of business combinations accounting under ASC 805 including purchase price allocations
- Strong analytical, decision making, and project management skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external working relationships
