Job Summary

A software company specializing in solutions for the retail industry is in need of a Remote Mergers and Acquisitions Retail Accounting Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assist with the financial and accounting due diligence for all M&A activity
  • Oversee purchase price allocations reporting
  • Assist with external corporate reporting

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • A professional accounting designation (CA, CMA, CGA, CPA)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with highly motivated and driven professionals
  • At least 7 years of mergers and acquisitions experience, specifically in financial and accounting due diligence
  • A firm understanding of business combinations accounting under ASC 805 including purchase price allocations
  • Strong analytical, decision making, and project management skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external working relationships
