Job Summary
An information technology company specializing in credit and information management has an open position for a Remote Merging and Acquisition and Securities Managing Counsel.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing, negotiating, and drafting M&A and corporate finance agreements and related documents
- Providing proactive legal counsel to stakeholders
- Working with the Vice President, Assistant Corporate Secretary
Required Skills:
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to work closely in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment with other attorneys and business clients
- Ability to lead legal diligence and manage and guide outside legal counsel
- Ability to build and foster strong relationships with all levels of the organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree required
