Job Summary

A cloud communications company is in need of a Remote Messaging Technical Support Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Work on a dozen messaging cases submitted by developers and major brands
  • Assist a customer in tracking down deliverability issues
  • Debug a customer’s code which is resulting in 400 responses

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years experience in a client-facing technical role
  • Firm understanding of the technology stacks common to the Web ecosystem
  • Functional knowledge of general purpose programming languages
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills
