Job Summary

An IT services company is filling a position for a Remote Microservices Product Owner in San Diego.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing stakeholder expectations, providing clarity and transparency into priorities and commitments
• Evaluating product feature and user progress throughout iterations and provide real-time feedback to Agile delivery team
• Owning and aligning product backlog to business goals and business value, drafting, refining and prioritizing user stories for the team

Qualifications for this position include:

• Technical proficiency and/or working knowledge of REST APIs
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a product owner or business analyst in a SAAS platform or microservices environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Work closely with System Architect(s), Tech Lead(s), and other Product Owners to define the best solutions and meet the product roadmap
• Demonstrated experience working with a team of engineers and product managers planning, designing and shipping platform or microservices solutions
