Job Summary

A Dynamics recruitment agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Microsoft Dynamics Customer Operations Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for the profit and loss of the Customer Operations Department
  • Proactively drive pipeline build in collaboration with the US Sales Team
  • Work with developing and maintaining global best practices in delivery methodology

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Able to assume profit-loss responsibility in an operations business
  • Have 3+ years of experience as an operations manager in an international company
  • Have experience in management in ERP, CRM, Cloud environments
  • Have experience in working with off-shoring in customer delivery
