Job Summary

A healthcare software developer needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mid Level Customer Support Engineer in Boston.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Researching, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues with our Saas platform
  • Learning and leveraging knowledge of our internal business analytics and other troubleshooting tools to help identify client problems
  • Documenting, tracking, and working to resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 support items

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g. data science, computer science, mathematics, business analytics, or statistics)
  • Build and maintain both internal and external relationships
  • 3 - 5 years in a similar technical support role working with a Saas product
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and a quick, curious learner
  • Demonstrate proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
