Job Summary

A cyber security firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mid Level Technical Recruiter.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Utilizing various sourcing techniques to find appropriate active and passive candidates
  • Creating relevant solutions and “out of the box” techniques to find best candidates

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years’ experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree (business or technical degree) OR a previous successful recruiting background
  • Experience recruiting security engineering, cyber security and other technical talent in the federal space
  • Great Computer skills using the internet and Microsoft Office
