Job Summary
A marketing firm has an open position for a Remote Mid Market Account Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving as the lead point of contact for all customer commercial and strategic Account Management matters
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships with the accounts at all levels
- Driving long-term partnership value by developing an understanding of clients’ business
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Significant experience in professional client relationship management
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Proven ability to prioritise and juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Ability to take accountability and proven track record of meeting and exceeding individual revenue growth targets
- Experience working for/with large or SMB customers, ideally in the SaaS industry
