Job Summary
A software company that specializes in workforce collaboration solutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mid Market Sales Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Mentor and lead a diverse team of North American Mid-Market Account Executives
- Take pride in the ongoing development of each member of your team
- Join customer-facing meetings when needed, providing feedback beforehand and afterward
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Prior experience with sales leadership (and/or a demonstrable track record in surpassing personal enterprise SaaS sales targets)
- 5+ years of sales experience altogether
- Proven background in SaaS sales, particularly with methodologies for discovery, use case development & building measurable value
- A history of mentorship, coaching, or leadership, professionally or personally
- Passion for collaboration, productivity, and customer interactions
