Job Summary

An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mid or Senior Technical Professional Services Instructional Designer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Conducting research and working directly with cross-functional stakeholders
Drafting storyboards, scripts, and prototypes of training content
Converting existing documentation and training materials into engaging and effective online courses

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

2+ years of multimedia learning development and Instructional Design experience in a corporate training environment
Ability to take complex technical information and convert it into easily understandable learning content
Outstanding writing, editing, critical reasoning, interpersonal, and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to apply instructional design theory, models, and technical training best practices
Proven ability to assess learning needs and develop media-rich, engaging, and high-impact learning solutions
Proven ability to collaboratively work with SMEs and move projects to completion within established deadlines
