Job Summary

An online educational provider is in need of a Remote Middle School Social Studies Teacher.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Completing all grading, creating progress reports and conducting parent conferences
• Supporting the instructional program with asynchronous web conferencing sessions
• Reviewing curriculum and devising alternate approaches to presenting lessons

Qualifications Include:

• Willingness to travel on occasion for marketing and state testing events
• Highly qualified and certified to teach Social Studies in Ohio
• Strong technology skills (especially with Microsoft OS and MS Office programs)
• Customer focused approach
• High degree of flexibility
• Ability to work some occasional evening hours, as needed to support some families
