Job Summary

A biotechnology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Minimal Residual Disease Senior Bioinformatics Software Engineer Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Architecting and developing systems, pipelines, workflows and toolkits
  • Defining and maintaining the interactions and dependencies among internal system components
  • Designing and implementing a data lifecycle management system

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genomics, Computer Science
  • 8+ years industry experience
  • Previous experience as technical lead for bioinformatics and software development teams
  • Experience with Scaled Agile software development
  • Deep understanding of state-of-art tools and pipelines in genomics
  • Proven scientific reputation as demonstrated by scientific publication
