Job Summary
A customer service provider has a current position open for a Remote Mobile Phone Customer Care Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications
- Provide account, billing, and general support for mobile phone customers
- Research required information using available resources
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Typing test showing 40 WPM or above and at least 80% accuracy
- Internet speed-test showing over 2 Mbps download speed and 1 Mbps upload speed
- Proper phone, chat, and email etiquette
- Speak and write clearly and accurately with proper grammar
- Knowledge of relevant software, computer applications, and related equipment
- All other technical requirements
