Job Summary

A customer service provider has a current position open for a Remote Mobile Phone Customer Care Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications
  • Provide account, billing, and general support for mobile phone customers
  • Research required information using available resources

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Typing test showing 40 WPM or above and at least 80% accuracy
  • Internet speed-test showing over 2 Mbps download speed and 1 Mbps upload speed
  • Proper phone, chat, and email etiquette
  • Speak and write clearly and accurately with proper grammar
  • Knowledge of relevant software, computer applications, and related equipment
  • All other technical requirements
