Job Summary

A full-service mortgage lender is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mortgage Closing Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting closers and funders to maintain company set turn times
  • Coordinating and managing daily work flow requirements
  • Managing SLAs for outstanding wires and releasing funds

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years mortgage-related experience
  • 2-4 years loan closing and funding experience
  • Basic knowledge of loan documentation
  • Knowledge of MDIA, RESPA and REG Z disclosure requirements
  • Advanced computer sills including H20, Excel and Outlook
