Job Summary

A national mortgage originator and servicer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mortgage Closing Risk Director.

Must be able to:

• Lead risk management processes and assure both the integrity and strategic compatibility of the overall risk decisions within the company
• Oversee the effective assessment of risk by our Closing Risk Associates
• Manage the workflow, procedures and appropriate training and education of the Closing Risk group

Position Requirements Include:

• 2+ years in a Closing leadership environment
• 6+ years previous Lending experience in Closing and/or Compliance
• Expert knowledge of consumer real estate lending products, regulatory compliance, closing functions and underwriting guidelines
• Expert knowledge of all RESPA, Regulation X and Regulation Z guidelines and HUD requirements
• Proven in-depth knowledge of state specific requirements related to residential mortgages
• Ability to perform quality control measures to ensure loans meet investors requirements
