A bank has a current position open for a Remote Mortgage Contact Center Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering incoming customer questions regarding mortgage payments
  • Navigating multiple systems to retrieve account information
  • Researching customer complaints or problems related to their accounts

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months' experience in customer service, sales and/or related experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong telephone skills   
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good time management skills
