Job Summary

A national mortgage originator and servicer has an open position for a Remote Mortgage Funder in Madison.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Obtain and review Closing Disclosure
• Communicate effectively with internal staff and title agents
• Request funds from our warehouse lenders

Required Skills:

• One to three years Mortgage experience including government lending
• Familiar with closing documents in a mortgage transaction
• Excellent communication, customer-service and organizational skills
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
