Job Summary
A global financial services and asset management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mortgage Lending Staff Appraiser in Austin.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing residential appraisals for single-family properties
- Performing collateral review on 1-4 unit property appraisal reports completed by third party originators
- Maintaining reliable means of transportation
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Licensed or Certified Residential Appraiser
- 3+ years of appraisal experience as a licensed/certified appraiser
- Excellent analytical and decision making skills
- Ability to act independently and consistently make appropriate decisions with minimal guidance and oversight
- Strong understanding of appraisal practices and methodology
- Competency in Microsoft Office products and appraisal software
