Job Summary
A staffing firm has a current position open for a Remote Mortgage Loan Assistant in Duvall.
Must be able to:
- Assist the Loan Officer in the pre-qualification process
- Review and analyze requested income and asset documentation
- Ensure each file meets file quality and completion standards
Qualifications for this position include:
- Highly preferred - knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA and VA product guidelines
- Excellent analytic skills, attention to detail
- Excellent level of oral and written communication skills
- Intermediate level MS Office experience
