- Managing daily pipeline of loans
- Preparing for closing, awaiting funding, and the review of post-closing audits
- Ensuring that all interested parties are kept current
Position Requirements Include:
- Knowledge and understanding of conforming loan programs and agency guidelines
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance guidelines
- Know how to review Closing Disclosures
- 1 yr experience
- HS Diploma/GED
