A mortgage lender has an open position for a Remote Mortgage Loan Conditions Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Confirming loan files contain all required documentation and meets compliance
• Using an inventory checklist to ensure loan files are complete and accurate
• Accurately reviewing loan documentation and collateral files

Qualifications for this position include:

• 1-3 years Mortgage Operations Experience
• Processing or analysis of residential mortgage loans
• Must be a self-starter and self-motivated to meet job expectations and goals
• Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
• Understanding of loan program fee requirements
• Understanding of current regulatory terminology, environment and requirements
