Job Summary

A banking company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mortgage Loan Officer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Identifying, developing and maintaining a quality network of business relationships
  • Generating new business through realtors, builders, professional and personal contacts
  • Participating in business related development opportunities

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Three plus years of retail residential mortgage sales experience
  • Documented residential mortgage loan volume in the past 12 months of $12 million (minimum)
  • Established relationships with local referral networks
  • Strong computer skills and experience utilizing laptop technology
  • Must meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act
