Job Summary

A mortgage company has an open position for a Remote Mortgage Loan Officer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Generating streams of lead flow from all available sources
  • Utilizing knowledge, training and experience to solicit and promote the Company's loan products
  • Overseeing the process of selling the loan product to the client

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • At least 2 years of experience originating mortgage loans
  • High School Diploma
  • Prior experience working with automated Loan Origination Systems
  • Expected to close a minimum of 5 loans per quarter
  • Ability to determine appropriate interest rate quote to customers
  • Must at all times be able to meet any and all applicable qualifications and standards required for Loan Officer Licensure under the SAFE Act
