Job Summary
A software and recruitment company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mortgage Loan Officer in Wauwatosa.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review the loan application submitted to accommodate the automated underwriting findings
- Order and track all required documentation to assure processing and rate lock time frames are being met
- Work with the borrower, loan officer and closing agent to resolve questions and/or problems
Position Requirements Include:
- Occasional trips required to the office for training purposes
- 2+ years of experience in the mortgage industry
- Strong sales background- experience in prospecting for leads/building a book of business
- Must be familiar with all types of mortgage products and state/federal regulatory guidelines
