Job Summary
A full-service mortgage services company has an open position for a Remote Mortgage Loan Partner II.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Submitting complete loan applications for each customer file with the Loan Partner I
- Taking telephone applications and schedule appointments with the Loan Partner I
- Scheduling on-site and phone appointments as assigned
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Current Mortgage Loan Processing experience required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years' experience required
- Computer Knowledge (DU, LP, Microsoft Office & Windows)
- Encompass experience
- Minimum 3 years' current conventional fixed and ARM, HELOC and construction mortgage loan processing or origination experience
