A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Mortgage Loan Processing Trainer in Aurora.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Preparing, delivering and maintaining training materials
  • Performing related tasks as assigned

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 4+ years of recent Loan Processing experience
  • 4+ years VA, FHA, Conventional, DU and LP knowledge/experience
  • TRID Knowledge
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Understands computer programs and systems for the tracking and processing of loans
  • Familiar with mortgage lending requirements as well as specific loan program parameters
