Job Summary

A residential mortgage direct lending company has a current position open for a Remote Mortgage Loan Processor.

Must be able to:

• Review residential loan application files to verify completion of all materials
• Evaluate liabilities and risks, employment history, ancillary documents, and other borrower qualifications
• Review and verifies documentation integrity to ensure alignment with findings, completeness and compliance

Qualifications Include:

• Must possess a 2 year degree in finance, business or applicable field or equivalent industry experience
• Must have a minimum of 5 years retail processing government and purchase mortgage loans
• Candidate must be customer oriented and a strong with multitasking
