Job Summary
A privately owned, full-service mortgage banker is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mortgage Loan Processor.
Must be able to:
- Process applications from submission of loan package to underwriting and funding
- Gather, organize and track loan documentation
- Note and document conversations in LOS conversation log
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1 year of current experience in processing mortgage loans
- Must be familiar with conforming, jumbo, FHA, and VA
- Demonstrated advanced product knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional loan programs
- Demonstrated working knowledge of federal and state guidelines, rules and regulations such as RESPA, TILA, HMDA, TRID
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in following software systems: Microsoft Office, Mavent and AUS- LP/DU
