Job Summary

A privately-owned direct lender with sales and operations across the country is filling a position for a Remote Mortgage Loan Processor.

Must be able to:

• Review initial loan approval and incoming loan documentation and work with borrower to gather appropriate documentation
• Perform welcome calls with borrowers within department timeframes
• Ensure all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified and complies with company policy

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4 years' previous loan processing experience
• Basic knowledge of underwriting terminology
• Maintain a knowledge of lending guidelines, investor programs, industry requirements and changes
