Job Summary

A financial services provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mortgage Loan Processor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Reviewing initial loan approval and incoming loan documentation and work with borrower to gather appropriate documentation
• Meeting daily performance metrics as defined by management
• Updating loan comments when appropriate and ensuring all parties who come in contact with the loan are able to understand the status of the loan file

Position Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4 years' previous loan processing experience
• Basic knowledge of underwriting terminology
• Demonstrated computer skills in word processing, spreadsheet and electronic mail software
• Strong time management and organizational skills in a dynamic, constantly changing environment
