Job Summary
A mortgage company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mortgage Loan Processor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing new files within 48 hours of receipt and verifying that compliance documents were issued
- Maintaining a pipeline of 25 or more loan files
- Ordering all necessary documents to satisfy AUS findings, investor and agency requirements
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Knowledge of Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and FHA/VA guidelines
- Knowledge of general federal and state mandated consumer disclosure requirements
- Familiarity with automated underwriting technology
- Proficient in data entry and management
- 1-3 years recent loan processing experience in the mortgage industry
