Job Summary
A real estate and financial services leader has a current position open for a Remote Mortgage Loan Processor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Processing loan applications from initial set-up through funding
- Reconciling accounting records to ensure collection of all fees due
- Following-up on closed loan documentation
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Eighteen months experience as a Loan Representative I or II
- Automated processing and closing experience
- Eighteen months of FHA/VA/Conventional loan closing
- Ability to study independently
- Maintain minimum pipeline of 45-55 loans
- Must obtain the Florida Mortgage Broker License prior to processing any loans for the State of Florida
