Job Summary
A mortgage lending company is in need of a Remote Mortgage Loan Processor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Recommending that loans not meeting standards be denied
- Calling or writing credit bureau and employer to verify accuracy of information
- Preparing loan application forms, using computer
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Basic PC knowledge and skills, basic math ability, basic accounting and bookkeeping skills
- Must be detail oriented and possess solid organizational and time management skills
- Promotes teamwork within the department and other departments
