Job Summary
A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Mortgage Loan Processor II in Fenton.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Completing welcome, status and approval calls/emails to borrowers
- Requesting and reviewing borrower documents
- Following up on credit, title and appraisal issues
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Strong understanding of borrower and lender documents
- Ability to set expectations and educate borrower on mortgage process
- Ability to work with Sales, Underwriting and Closing throughout the loan process
- Ability to independently manage loan pipeline to ensure on-time closings
- Ability to remain current on mandatory compliance trainings
- Ability to process conventional refinances and purchases
