- Reviewing documentation for accuracy
- Updating system of record accordingly
- Reviewing policy and guidelines
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5 years of experience with FHA and VA mortgage files
- Expertise in review of appraisals, tax returns, financial assets and consumer credit
- Proficiency with new construction properties, manufactured homes AND
- Build on your own land mortgage files
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to maintain excellent investor and bank standards for SLA
