Job Summary

A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Mortgage Loan Processor in Charleston.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Liaison between Loan Officer and Underwriting
  • Be the primary contact for Customers
  • Respond to emails and phone calls from customers/Loan Officers in a timely manner

Required Skills:

  • Must have strong income calculation experience
  • Five years' CURRENT mortgage processing experience required
  • Must have FHA Purchase experience
  • Knowledge of ALL mortgage documents
  • Work effectively in a fast pace environment with low tolerance for error
  • Working knowledge of FHA Connection /VA Portal/USDA GUS systems
