Job Summary
A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Mortgage Loan Processor in Portland.
Must be able to:
- Conduct assessments of loans, and accurately input all information into the Loan Origination System
- Act as the liaison and point of contact to guide borrowers through the closing process, and collect all required documentation for the closing of the loan
- Obtain necessary verifications of income, employment and assets as/when needed
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma
- Current knowledge of industry guidelines and procedures as well as federal, state and local regulations
- Ability to organize and coordinate projects Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to collect all required documentation for closing of loan (title insurance policies, hazard, etc.)
- Ability to review all disclosure for accuracy and completeness
- Ability to ensure loan packages comply with Company policies and procedures as well as investor policies and procedures
