A science and technology solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mortgage Origination Customer Service Representative in Jacksonville Beach.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Using your knowledge of the mortgage industry to locate answers in a knowledge database to respond to client's requests
- Following standard operating procedures for various topics, systems, and contact channels
Position Requirements Include:
- At least 2 years of FHA loan origination experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance
- Excellent time management skills and dependability
- Self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision
