Job Summary

A credit union is seeking a Remote Mortgage Origination Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting day-to-day Mortgage Origination activities
  • Supporting general partner portal inquiries from Sales Team
  • Supporting Mortgage Originations in accordance with Credit Union and secondary market guidelines

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum of one year related experience
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong decision making and time management skills
  • Results driven, service oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Trustworthy with the ability to maintain highest level of integrity and trust
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
