Job Summary

A provider real estate services has an open position for a Remote Mortgage Post Closer in Atlanta.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Receive audit closing packages for accuracy
• Prepare credit and legal documentation packages
• Follow-up with title to correct errors and omissions

Required Skills:

• Senior Post Closer: 5 years of processing, closing, and/or underwriting experience
• Mid Level Post Closer: 2 years f processing, closing, and/or underwriting experience
• Understanding of Conventional (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac) and Government (FHA VA)
• Ability to assist with the mortgage loan post-closing process
• Ability to input data into investor delivery systems
• Ability to adhere to corporate guidelines, policies and procedures
