Job Summary
A mortgage lender needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mortgage Pre Purchase Review Manager Assistant Vice President in Columbia.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Drive the team to reach productivity and quality goals
- Audit loan files to ensure the various reviews have been completed with accuracy
- Analyze current process for ways to increase productivity and quality while cutting costs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3-5 years in Mortgage Production Management Role
- 5-8 years in mortgage operations experience
- Must be able to motivate others to meet their own job expectations and goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
- 5 years relevant experience with increasing levels of responsibility
