Job Summary

A financial services company is seeking a Remote Mortgage Processing Customer Service Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Hiring, training, motivating, and directing the activities of loan servicing or operational personnel
  • Establishing and administering policies and procedures to ensure compliance with various regulatory, investor, government and corporate requirements
  • Planning, developing, implementing and controling assigned organization and budget functions

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of experience in mortgage servicing or operations activities
  • Two or more years of supervisory/management experience
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of all aspects of mortgage lending, servicing or operational policies and practices
