Job Summary
A financial services company is seeking a Remote Mortgage Processing Customer Service Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Hiring, training, motivating, and directing the activities of loan servicing or operational personnel
- Establishing and administering policies and procedures to ensure compliance with various regulatory, investor, government and corporate requirements
- Planning, developing, implementing and controling assigned organization and budget functions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of experience in mortgage servicing or operations activities
- Two or more years of supervisory/management experience
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Thorough understanding of all aspects of mortgage lending, servicing or operational policies and practices
