A medical device company is in need of a Remote Mortgage Processing Specialist.

Must be able to:

Open first mortgage loan files on mortgage processing system
Maintain mortgage loan file and process file mail
Document mortgage loan file to meet investor guidelines

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

High school diploma
2 years of first mortgage processing experience
Thorough understanding of credit
Ability to review income documentation, appraisals, and titles
Ability to assess creditworthiness
Ability to adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements
