A medical device company is in need of a Remote Mortgage Processing Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Open first mortgage loan files on mortgage processing system
  • Maintain mortgage loan file and process file mail
  • Document mortgage loan file to meet investor guidelines

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High school diploma
  • 2 years of first mortgage processing experience
  • Thorough understanding of credit
  • Ability to review income documentation, appraisals, and titles
  • Ability to assess creditworthiness
  • Ability to adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements
