A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Mortgage Processing Supervisor in Rosemont.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Ensures all Processors perform to the company set standard productivity and best in class customer service levels
  • Assists Manager with the hiring, performance, and counseling of employees
  • Communicates industry and company changes to maintain team unity and comprehension

Required Skills:

  • Supervisory experience required
  • 3 plus years mortgage related processing experience
  • Experience with automated underwriting systems (DU/LP)
  • Knowledge FNMA/FHLMC policies and guidelines
  • Intermediate to computer proficiency skills with MS Office, Excel and Mortgage Loan Applications/Software)
